The investor buys without VAT. 24% (L.4646 / 2019 VAT suspension until 2022) and with gradual repayment based on the progress of the construction works.

The group manages for 6 months the rental of the new property of the investor, undertaking with specialized personnel the entire process of property management (rental, cleaning, maintenance, supervision, etc.).

The investor enjoys a guaranteed rental return and an additional 6 months of use of the holiday home.
